From your note to the name in your account
Because we own every name we offer, there is one person on the other side and no one to chase. The whole route usually fits inside a week or two, most of it waiting on banks and registrars rather than on us.

Through the contact form, by email, or by replying to Kiera's message. A line about your company helps, but nothing is required beyond the name and a way to reach you.

You get a price in writing
A single figure in US dollars, what it covers, and how the name would reach you. No range to negotiate inside and no deadline attached to it.

Agreement
Both sides confirm the terms
A short written summary: the name, the price, lump sum or monthly, the escrow service, and who pays its fee. Nothing is committed until you have that summary and have said yes to it.

Payment
Your money goes to escrow, not to us
You pay an independent escrow service by bank transfer or whatever that service accepts. It holds the funds while the name moves and releases them to us only once you confirm the name is yours.

Delivery
The name moves into your registrar account
If your account is at the same registrar that holds the name, we push it to you and you accept it; that takes minutes once you click. If it is somewhere else, we send an authorization code and your registrar pulls it across, usually within five to seven days.

You confirm, escrow releases
You see the name listed under your own login, you tell the escrow service, and the transaction closes. The name renews with your registrar from then on, like any other name you own.

Who holds the name while you pay
The name stays registered in a neutral payment-plan account for the length of the plan, so neither side can move it on its own.
When you can use it
From the first payment. Your website and your email can run on it right away; the registration comes to you after the last payment.
What happens if payments stop
After a grace period set out in the agreement, the name comes back to us and the payments already made are not refunded. This is written down before you start, not after.
Terms run from a few months to a few years, and the monthly figure is fixed when you agree. Ask for it alongside the price.
Questions
What buyers usually ask
Is there a commission or a buyer's fee?
No. We are the owner, not a broker between you and someone else, so the price is the price. The only other cost is the escrow service's own fee, and the agreement says who pays it before you commit.
Do I have to change registrars?
No. The name can go to whichever registrar you already use. If that happens to be the one where we hold it, delivery is a push and takes minutes; if not, it is a normal transfer and takes a few days.
Why would a transfer take longer than a push?
Between two registrars, the one letting go has up to five days to object before the move goes through by default. Some let the owner approve early, which shortens it. A push inside one registrar skips that step, but you have to accept it within the window the registrar gives, often 72 hours.
What if the name was moved or registered recently?
Registrars block a move to a different registrar for 60 days after a registration or a previous transfer. If a name is inside that window, we either push it within the same registrar or tell you the date it can move, before you pay anything.
Can I start using the name before I pay in full?
Yes, on a monthly plan, from the first payment. On a lump-sum purchase the name is yours as soon as it lands in your account, usually the same week.
I think this name copies my trademark. Should I buy it?
No, a purchase is the wrong route for that. Write to us with the registration details and we will look at it on its merits; you may also want to speak to your own counsel first.
What can you not promise?
We can only speak for names we hold. If you ask about one we do not, we will say so, but we cannot tell you when or whether its owner would sell.
