Terms of this site

Short on purpose. The sale of any particular name is set out in writing for that name; these terms only cover the website and an enquiry made through it.

The site

satisadvisors.com is run by Satis Advisors, 2 N Central Ave, Suite 1800, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Using the site means accepting these terms; anyone who disagrees with them should leave the enquiry form alone.

Nothing here is an offer

Pages on this site describe the kinds of names we hold and how a purchase usually runs. None of it commits us to selling a particular name at a particular price. A name is only committed to you once we have both agreed a price in writing and the purchase has been opened through the payment route named in that agreement.

Enquiries

  • Sending the form does not reserve a name or oblige either side to anything.
  • Please give accurate contact details; we reply to the address you enter.
  • Messages that advertise, that come from a script, or that break the law are thrown away unread.

Prices and payment

Every name is priced on its own and quoted in US dollars. Payment for a sale is made through an independent escrow or payment service agreed in writing, never by sending funds to a personal account. Any fees charged by that service, and any renewal after the name reaches your registrar, are stated before you commit.

No advice

What we say about a name is our view as the owner of that name. It is not legal, tax or trademark advice. Before you buy any domain, you may want to check it against your own trademark position.

Trademarks

We do not knowingly hold names that copy another business's registered mark. Should one of ours look to you like a copy of your mark, write to kiera@satisadvisors.com with the details and we will look at it promptly.

Content and liability

The text, the drawings and the mark on this site belong to Satis Advisors. We try to keep the site accurate, but it comes as it is, and so far as Arizona law permits, Satis Advisors is not responsible for any loss that follows from relying on it.

Law

Arizona law governs everything on this page. Disagreements over it go before a court sitting in Maricopa County.

When these terms are revised, the date above is revised with them.
