Who we are

Satis Advisors is a small firm in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, run by Kiera Fennimore, at 2 N Central Ave, Suite 1800, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Questions about this page go to kiera@satisadvisors.com.

Fields on the form

• The domain you asked about.
• Your name, your company and your email address.
• A phone number and a topic, only if you choose to give them.
• Whatever you write in the message box.
• The IP address your browser used, stored next to the enquiry so misuse of the form can be traced.

If you write to us by email instead, we keep the email and your address in the same way.

What it is used for

Only to answer you about that name and to keep a record of the conversation while it is open. Nobody is signed up to a mailing list, your details are never sold or rented, and they are never used for advertising.

The verification box

Before an enquiry is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a script, is sending it. It runs briefly in your browser, and our server then asks Cloudflare to confirm the result. The signals involved are processed by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy, and nothing about the check follows you to other websites.

Who handles the data

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, runs the form endpoint and the verification box, and records ordinary request logs such as IP address and time.
• Our email provider stores the enquiry and our replies in the firm's mailbox.

Nobody else receives it, except where the law requires us to hand something over.

Left out on purpose

There are no analytics tools, ad pixels, social plug-ins or first-party cookies on this site. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that leads nowhere is deleted within 24 months of the last message in the thread. If a name changes hands, the correspondence about that sale is kept for seven years, because tax and accounting rules may require it. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Asking for your data

Write to kiera@satisadvisors.com if you want to see what the firm holds on you, fix it, or have it erased. If Kiera has emailed you and that was once too often, answer with the word stop; the address is then excluded from anything the firm sends.

The revision date above moves whenever this page does.
